How do I list a property with Panama Realtor?

Panama Realtor is a duly licensed real estate company based out of Panama City in the Republic of Panama. We represent properties throughout the 9 provinces of the republic.

We work on a commission basis, paid by the seller. Our commissions are generally 5%, though in the case of very rurally located, or hard to get to properties, we will charge a higher percentage to cover the expenses of representing and showing said properties accordingly. Commissions are only paid upon sale of properties in which we introduce the buyer.

Among the services we include for listing properties are:

• Inclusion to the website along with a write up of the property as well as a description of the general area it is located in.
• We answer any resulting questions
• We Arrange viewings of the property
• We assist with legal procedures associated with title search and due diligence as well as sale and transfer of the property.

We are open to working with other real estate companies and independent agents, provided they are licensed to sell real estate in the Republic of Panama.

We are also open to working with referral agencies and pay 10% of our commission for referrals that lead to sales.
