Rio Mar

Real Estate Palmar is located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes west of Panama City.  It is small quiet town known best for its surf breaks... it has both a beach break and point break. 

There is currently a surf camp in the area as well as a few small restaraunts. 

The nearest full scale supermarket is roughly 15 minutes from the town of Palmar, in the resort area of Coronado. 

Within 1/2 hour of Palmar in either direction, one can find several resorts with golf courses, equestrian clubs, a casino, various restaurants, garden centers, hardware stores and many beaches.
