Los Buzos Beach Resort & Villas

Los Buzos is a new, family-oriented beachfront resort located on the pristine remote Pacific Coast of Panama. Los Buzos Resort is located near the community of Cambutal, Los Santos, Azuero Peninsula,five-hour drive or one-hour flight from Panama City, Panama.  A highly-controlled, private development with quality construction, to best serve a wide range of client needs we have segregated our product into two phases.

Phase 1: Homes:

The homes we are offering in our first phase are two bedroom, two bath villas designed to function as vacation rental homes. Each house is owned by an individual, but the units are cooperatively maintained and when applicable rented by Eagle Properties. Owners will be able to block the time periods they wish to use personally. Each home consists of approximately 128 sq. meters (1377 sq. ft.). Only two homes are left for sale from our original 11.

Phase I: Rental Homes

Our first phase is the highly anticipated public release of prepackaged rental homes in Los Buzos.

Phase I Sales Prices:

Phase I Terms & Conditions:
1) 60% Lot draw and construction deposit due with execution of promise to purchase agreement, 20% progress payment due at dry-in, and 20% final payment due upon completion.

2) All phase I homes are required to be included in the rental pool. However owners may block out weeks for personal use as needed.

Marina/Amenities

Soon to be completed, our Marina will meet the needs of all of our unit owners, traveling yachts and guests. Located inside a beautiful natural harbor, Phase One includes mooring balls, refueling service for both gas and diesel craft, launching for trailer able boats up to 30 ft., and a complete array of shore side services. Our excellent road access to Panama City also ensures that just about anything in the boating world is available overnight. All of this is offered in a quiet, personal Panamanian style that is often missing in the mega-resort marinas.

The Marina also includes Café Los Buzos, a beachside restaurant that evolves into a gathering place each evening and a Ship’s Store, Marketplace, Activity Center and Pool. The marina is also home to a variety of charter fishing options.

Activities

Surfing – “Uncrowded” simply doesn’t begin to describe the surfing you’ll find at Los Buzos, where you will often be the only one on the waves. Cambutal Beach is a sand-bottom, beginner-friendly beach break within walking distance of our resort. Also within walking distance, and located directly in front of our resort is 411, a long right that wraps our rocky point. The Los Buzos area also offers a variety of additional options including Dinosaurius, nextdoor to 411, as well as Rio Pedregal Beach Break, a 15-minute auto ride, and other breaks available by short boat ride. Lessons from resident Panamanian professionals are available upon request.

Horseback Riding - Guided rides for all ages and abilities including easy 1-hour beach walks, 2 – 4 hour River and Backcountry rides, to All-Day mountain top excursions with picnic lunches.

Hiking & Rock Climbing – Trips ranging from one hour to all-day for all abilities ranging from simple beach hikes, to backcountry mountain hikes, to waterfall rock climbing. We offer something for the leisurely nature lover and the adrenaline junkie.

Sea Kayaking & Snorkeling – Sea kayaking and snorkeling are both available safely inside our protected bay. Marine life abounds including a variety of coral and colorful reef fish.

Scuba Diving – Tank dives and free-dive trips are available to a variety of remote, pristine locations.

Swimming Pool – The Activity Center includes a swimming pool with full service from the café. A poolside cabana is available for massage or salon services brought in upon request.
