Calafate is one of the most popular vacation spots in the South of Argentina, located in the Province of Santa Cruz, within the famous region of Patagonia, beside the Argentino Lake.
This is a town of wide open sky tranquility and beautiful mountain scenery, but most of all, famous for being the closest access (1hr drive) to the Glacier National Park, that has the most gigantic glaciers in the world outside the Antarctica, among other attractions. The Perito Moreno Glacier that has 200 meter walls and Fitz Roy Mountain (3375 meters) are the most famous.


Calafate is at 3hrs flight from Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. The flight arrives to the Calafate International Airport.

The climate is dry and cold. The average temperature in January is 13ºC reaching 28ºC exceptionally. In July the average is 1ºC, with absolut minimum of -12ºC.

The hotel is very cozy, has 2 stories and about 2,000m2 of construction. The lot size is 1 hectare, allowing the construction of several additional modules. There are architectural plans already made of these additional modules, although they have not been presented to the governmental authority for approval.
