There are 2 posible ways to get to the land.   The First is by going by car all the way to the Gatun Locks on the Atlantic side and from there heading following the signs towards Costa Abajo de Colon, passing thru the towns of Piñas, Rio Indio, Gobea and Miguel de La Borda.  The road is a very good asphalt road all the way to the town of Miguel de la Borda and from the city to this town it takes approximately 3 hours.....At Miguel de la Borda there are many boats willing to take passengers to the different locations...By boat it takes 2 hours to get to Belen from Miguel de la Borda.

The second way to get there is thru the mountains of Penonome, thru a town named Coclesito..From here you take a canoe down the river all the way to the Caribbean Coast...from there you must make your way towards Cocle del Norte and then Belen.
