Beautiful new home in Equestrian Club

This is a lock key project made with a lot of attention to detail and beautiful finishes:

Consists of two lots with total dimensions of 1388.1 M2 (between 1/3 and 1/2 acre). Totally fenced and is landscaped.
Excellent views of the western mountains, Cerro Chame, and the Equestrian Club's seasonal lakes.

The total area of the house is 213.75 M2 (2297 square feet), not including the patio.

There are three sliding glass doors to the terrace (from the living room, family room and master bedroom). The sliding doors and all the windows in the house are upgraded for noise and heat insulation as well as to provide a nicer appearance; identified as Cumberland or Komerling windows and sliders. The windows are screened.

Beyond the terrace, there is a tiled patio of about 33 by 14 feet, with steps leading down to the pool, which is the larger size (10.5 by 4.5 meters). Beyond the pool, there is a larger-sized, tile-roofed bohio with a wet bar and a ceiling fan. There is a tile walkway around the side of the house, leading from the patio to the laundry room door.

The house has Direct TV and VoIP-capable high-speed Internet service. There are extra electrical, water, and cable outlets. In addition to the front door, the doors to the family room and to the master bedroom are solid wood.

There are two gates, a semi-circular driveway of pavers, and a larger-sized storage. The carport is large enough for two vehicles.

The windows, sliders, and front door are protected by security bars in a decorative style, and there are motion-detector exterior lights at each corner of the house. The street lighting on the corner is excellent.

The overhead lights, ceiling fans/lights, air conditioners, appliances, and window treatments are included in the sale, as well as the breakfast bar stools and the bar stools in the bohio.

A Coronado club membership comes with the house, which will be turned over to the buyer.   Still has the 20 tax exoneration.
