"Excellent city location" was the first thought when I came uppon this unit. This unit can be considered a quick fixer upper to become either a great rental unit to own or just simply a unique location to live.

The Building itself looks in good shape, no social areas so low maintenance can be expected, two parking spots that are side by side, one elevator that caters to 16 floors and 32 families, secure and private entrance and OK looking lobby.

This 2 bedroom department has an interesting layout, the apartment feels very bright all around, 1 bathroom to share between 2 bedrooms and half a bathroom for visitors. The apartment has an open kitchen with its laundry area. I can only add that the city views from the balcony were very nice.
