This new road puts River Cross in a very unique position. During the rainy season on the Pacific, the Caribbean is dry and vice versa. At River Cross you can reside in the coolness of the mountains and have a short trip to the beach year round. Kayak at one of the most beautiful rivers in Panama in front of your residence or get in the car for a short trip for fishing on the Pacific or snorkelling by a white sand beach.


Santiago is the closest large town (25 minutes away). There you will find several great restaurants, supermarkets, hardware stores, and medical facilities. The price of a movie is about $3 (same as a medical consultation) while a beer costs 50 cents. You’ll find a very tasty plate of food for about $2. In fact, you’ll find most of the conveniences that you would find in
Panama City. You will not find, however, the prices nor the traffic.
The main attractions of the property are the river, cool climate, location and lush vegetation. The property boasts hundreds of fruit trees. There is a grove of a variety of trees with a specialty of guanabana and Valencia oranges. Water and Electricity are on property. Besides Water and Electricity, River Cross is very builder friendly due to its terrain. Although the property is nestled in the Santa Fe Mountains, the entire property is level with great soil. There is a small ridge that makes building by the river very attractive.
