The farm consists of 32 HA (80 acres) and is well located just 3.7 km from the Panamerican Highway in the Chiriqui province of Panama, just 31 miles from the province´s capital city of David.  

The property is located 200 meters above sea level and has average temperatures of 70-85 degrees Farenheit.

This is a working, income producing Passion-Fruit Farm with Passion-Fruit Juice-Processing Plant.  The farm for sale has approximately 2,000 newly planted Passion-Fruit vines on 2 Hectares, and there is land for expansion up to 15 Hectares.

The farm also has about 80 citrus fruits including Orange, Lemon, Tangerine, and Noni-Trees.

There is also a beautiful Bamboo Forest, several big Eucalyptus trees, and two beautiful Palm Hammocks. 

There is a section of the farm that currently house cattle, and recieve a small rental income from the rented pasture lands.   Currently there about about 70 head of cattle who receive a rental of 3 USD per head per month.

A new shed measuring 25’ x 100’ is now built and houses the Fruit Juice Processing Plant.

The plant produces some 8000 Kgs / 17,000 lbs of fruit juice per month, all sold to local customers.

There are 5 permanent employees taking care about the farm and the juice processing.

All farm machinery and equipment, production machinery, emergency generator, and a Toyoto Mini Van are included in price.

There is a stream at the western border of the property and the paved principal road at the eastern border, in front of the farm. The Farm has direct access to this asphalted road, this is a very important amenity for working farms.
