Aguadulce Farm

Very nice farm located located in Aguadulce entering by town of Pocri in the Comunity of LA Loma de los Gonzalez only 30min or 20Km from the Pan American highway. With paved roads and a short  distance of gravel road in good condition.

The farm has 76 hect of wich 30 hect have improved pasture and it is divided internally with electric fences. The terrain of the farm has some rollong hill and flat land, has couple of creeks and a spring that has water year round  it also has running tap water and electricty and cell phome signal in all the property.

The land a fully titled and the neighboring farms have cassava plantion, sugar cane, rice, corn and some are cattle farmers.
