20 hectares in San Juan, Chiriqui, 800 m from the Interamericana

This property consists of 20.19 hectares of titled land in the plain between the ocean and the Panamericana, 800 metres from the Panamericana and the village San Juan, Chiriquí. Accessible all year round by road, the area has well-maintained forest roads. The entire area is titled and fenced. Most of the finca is planted with 9-year-old teak trees, which, however, are no longer managed, as the land is not ideal for teak. Nevertheless, approximately 10% of these trees are growing well and will render an attractive price at the age of 20 years.

The entire plantation is FSC certified and registered in the Forest Registry. This land can be used for visa purposes (a combination of certified teak plantations and natural areas), agriculture or livestock farming or a private finca.
