Punta Barco Beach Village, Phase II

The 2nd Phase of the Punta Barco Beach Village project is located in Punta Barco, only 48 miles west of Panama City. Punta Barco is located next to Coronado, which has virtually every amenity one could need for every day living, including a major supermarket, restaurants, golf resort, and equestrian club.

The Condos are roughly 212 meters in size and include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, maids quarters with separate bathroom as well as a kitchen, living room and dining room and terrace.

The Condos will be 9 stories high and have 2 units per floor. There will be 2 Condo buildings located at the north section of phase II.

The Garden Apartments are 222 meters in size, and include 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, maids quarters with private bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace.

The Garden Apartments will be 3 stories high and have 2 units per floor. There will be 3 garden apartment buildings located around the large swimming pool and social area.

The lots for homes range between 700m2 to 1,500m2 in size.

Construction begins September 2006

The Punta Barco Beach Village lies within a small private bay. From the garden apartments and condos the Pacific Ocean with its beautiful gardens and endless beaches are visible, and access to the beach is within walking distance.
