The Coronado Resort - Coronado Hotel-Suite

This charming one bedroom suite is located in the Coronado Resort just an hour from Panama City.. The Amentias are endless. From the beautiful Social Pool area , close to Tennis, Golf and Restaurants. Access to the private beach of the Resort to walk and watch the sunsets. Beach club with pool and restaurant directly on the beach and just a short distance from the Resort.
24 hour Security.

Owners could use the Suite each day, year round, eliminating the “black-out days” common in “time share” projects.
The Suite received a proportion of the Hotel’s daily gross income, as long as it was “available”, or unoccupied by its owner.
The up-keep had to be of the highest standard – a 4% automatic deduction from the monthly income was to be deposited in maintenance and refurbishing Fund.
The Hotel had to be as efficient as possible – the design contemplated common areas to be only the hallways. The external land was owned by Coronado Golf & Beach Resort, which is responsible for its maintenance. This resulted on a nominal $50 monthly maintenance fee.

The Guests could have access to all Resort’s amenities, thus each Suite was granted a Membership Certificate.
The administration of the Hotel was handled by Coronado Golf & Beach Resort, at 40% of the income generated, quite less than the normal 50%.
