Publish Property
Panama Realtor is a duly licensed real estate company. We work on a commission basis, paid by the seller. Our sale commissions are generally 5%, though in the case of very rurally located, or hard to get to properties, we will charge a higher percentage to cover the expenses of representing and showing said properties accordingly. For rentals, we charge the first month of the rent.
Commissions are only paid upon sale of properties in which we introduce the buyer.
Among the services we include for listing your property are:
- We answer any resulting questions
- We arrange viewings of the property
- We assist with legal procedures associated with title search and due diligence as well as sale and transfer of the property.
