The Agency is placing 2 large beach front parcels, in an excellent  beach location closed to Panama City, for sale.

Property size: each with approx 77.2 hectares of terrain
Estimate base value: about US$ 15,000,000 for each Parcel

This beautiful beach front property is located closed to the town of San Carlos, along the Pan –American Highway, in between San Carlos and the and only in a distance of 1 hour and 10 minutes from Panama City.

Both parcels have about 800 meters of ocean front on different levels, and the property stretches about 900 -1,000 meters from the beach towards the Pan-American Highway, with access to the highway and some highway frontage.
