A19 brings a multidisciplinary and collaborative design process, for this reason, a conscious and integral architectural development is conceptualized with people and their environment, thus achieving a work that facilitates the modus vivendi of the future resident. Likewise, comfort is one of the objectives that, through architecture, interiors and landscaping, builds a welcoming ecosystem for people.
The rigorous selection and diversity of species will encourage pollination and contribute to strengthening the local ecosystem. The project will have: green roof, recreation area, vegetated façade, ecological function, living area, accessibility, water collection and filtration, system water reuse and irrigation system.
With an approximate planting of 500 m² in the public spaces of the project, it is estimated that it will be able to absorb CO2, and that in a period of 10 years it will reach 1,200 pounds.
We have 20 to 25 trees on site, thus achieving air purification and a pollination point for various species. Pollinators fertilize plants so that they can create seeds and fruits, contributing to diversity and the ecosystem.
Sensitive and responsible to the environment and the conditions it offers, A19 expresses its architecture as a design criterion, incorporating a bioclimatic concept taking advantage of the environmental factors that affect it and that allow it to provide a comfortable atmosphere.
This concept conceives the design of each space of the project, the distribution, the façade and incorporates a landscape development with local species from Panama.
It will have balconies and parasols to protect the interior from direct solar radiation, which will reduce the need to use air conditioning and other cooling systems, which in turn reduces energy consumption and improves the comfort of users of the facility. building.
The project has ecological gardens, which allow water to be retained and filtered through the use of suitable equipment and the use of the proposed landscaping, rainwater can be collected by up to 40% in the sector, from the green areas and permeable surfaces proposed. .
A19 is a project designed from the ground floor to the social area. The first 4 floors are distributed between parking, access ramps and direct connections to the lobby. The apartment tower begins on the 5th floor and is divided into 6 units. The rest of the amenities and services for future residents of A19 are distributed on the last level. The design of each of the architectural floors has modular and flexible strategies, allowing
a continuity, extension and adaptability of internal and external spaces, to the use of needs.
The typical floor plan per level poses a variety of additional benefits for residents, from the strategic location of the warehouses with ease of access, to the design of the apartment designed with criteria of flexibility, spaciousness, continuity and extension between the interior and exterior. , integrating a large balcony space into the apartment.
