The lot has 101 linear feet of road frontage and a beautiful view, fishing and boating. The first 6 meters of horizontal property (from the lake's surface) is left vacant for the power company (developer of the lake and dam) to increase the level of the lake if necessary. lt is unlikely that that will ever happen. However, by owning this lot you effectively control the property all the way down to the lake level, so this increases the actual size of the lot quite a bit. The lot is located only a couple of lots over from two cabins and a small care takers cabin. These are probably the only structures that I am aware of on the lake but we haven't been there in a few years. The owners were going to build a log cabin home on the lot. Due to the drop in topography they would have built up a parking spot immediately off the road and then a one- or two-level cabin with decking built on the slope with steps going down to the lake.
