This land is compound by 4 fincas giving a total of 28,281.52 m2, with pronounced undulations in its topography. The property is located approximately 600 meters from the Pan-American Highway, in the town of Rodeo del Nance. There is a two-story country style home with mahogany finishes on the 2nd floor, swimming pool on the back, a caretaker / guest house, storage room, machine room, well and water reserve tanks. The rest of the land has shrubs and fruit trees very characteristic of the area, timber trees such as African mahogany, as well as a stream of living water, Quebrada "La Vieja". The community of El Higo de San Carlos belongs to the province of “Panamá Oeste” and is located approximately 100kms from Panama City. It has an elementary school, a health center and several ecological projects. The name of “El Higo” corregimiento is due to the great abundance of fig trees that existed previously in the area; currently the community maintains a population.
