The hotel has been in business for 20 years with a well-established clientele from different countries. The main 3-story beachfront house is designed with large French windows, wrap-around deck, and open sheltered balconies with direct views of the Caribbean Sea and lush natural landscapes all around the property, with seven bedrooms. There is a living and dining room, bar, office, kitchen and laundry area on the first floor. The other two floors have all the bedrooms and one of them is a Junior Suite complete with 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet, private bathroom, private living room and includes Direct TV, mini-fridge, and a private balcony. The suite encompasses the entire third floor with incredible views. The bedrooms come in various formats with A/C, private bathrooms, hot water and semi-orthopedic mattresses. 

Additional to the main house there are two 2-story cabanas fully equipped with living room, kitchen and a bedroom on the second floor. A foundation is ready for building a third cabana. The hotel has a marine concession of 1,443.88 m2 that allows for some constructions on the water (up to three cabanas). The hotel features a long deck over the water for boats.

Flights are available daily from Panama City to Bocas. Small water taxis operate on a daily basis from Isla Colon to the Hotel in just about 5 minutes, or you may take a bus from Panama City to Almirante, and from there a water taxi to Bocas Del Toro which takes approximately 25 minutes.
