The guest casita consists of 50 m2 which is mainly taken up by the bedsitting room. The bathroom and a wardrobe are of a comfortable size and a kitchenette is installed to be completed.

Workshops, storage rooms and a room for the live-in caretaker ensure enough space for any avid gardener or handyman. In addition a chicken coop with various structures for chicks, growing and laying hens makes the property a small hobby farm.

A carport offers space for three cars and one of the storage rooms can easily be converted into a garage.

All the furniture was custom-made for the house and is negotiable. There are fans in all the rooms.

The grounds have de many trees which hose a myriad of birds to be seen and heard. A wide variety of mature trees offers delicious fruit: plantain, mangos, bananas, limes, lemons, oranges, mandarins and more. The murmur of the river María which runs at the bottom of the green area bordering the garden can always be heard, and the sweet scent of blossoms from 2 large ylang-ylang trees perfume the master bedroom at night.
