Casa Tipo Chalet

One-story building, made up of six independent apartments, with a single room with its distribution of living-dining room, kitchen, bedroom and an integrated sanitary service. Its finishes in general terms are based on a concrete floor covered with tiles and paste baseboards, plastered block walls partially covered with tiles in the kitchen and sanitary service, a concrete base cabinet covered with tiles in the kitchen, fixed glass sliding windows French style in anodized aluminum frame protected with iron gates, main wooden doors with iron door, reinforced concrete structure and roof of galvanized steel sheets on wooden pairs, with a suspended ceiling in aluminum profiles. The sanitary services have imported sanitary ware. At the back of the house there is a semi-open laundry and clothesline area, built with a concrete floor finished with a trowel, side walls of plastered blocks, three (03) double concrete tubs, iron access doors, structure of reinforced concrete and eaves of galvanized steel sheets on wooden pairs. Likewise, there are two warehouses built with similar finishes as those described above, ornamental block windows and metal doors.
