Coconut grove on the island Canas, with the Playa Raya, the beach next to Playa Venao.
The Island Canas is a refuge of wildlife in the Republic of Panama. The Rights of Possession is clearly and legally established since 1996. The intention is to begin titling the entire island for all the areas that are not within the mangrove zones or near the nesting areas protected by ANAM, the National Environmental Protection Administration in 2015.
The island Canas is a narrow island but 16 km long. It was formed by sedimentation which explains why there is subterranean drinking water on all the island.
The property itself is uniquely located on the island: It has access to the estuary and the ocean.
Located within the coconut grove with the highest biodiversity of the island, it has spider monkeys, white-headed monkeys and various species of parrots and budgerigars.
1,500 metres from the dock of Canas, it is accessible by private or taxi boat.
A real biological corridor enables the existence of migratory and stationary stationary tortoises. Four species visit the island: careya, verde, gigantesca baula/tres canales and lora)
The perfect site to enjoy calm and tranquility, the coconut grove offers a unique coolness which are not perceived in other parts of the island, ensuring very comfortable temperatures even druing the hot summer months.
The location permits the building of a summer residence or a beach resort or other kinds of projects which can be staffed by the local people living on the island.
The property is a small distance from the village, thus guaranteeing privacy, but also offering access to grocery stores, health centre and primary school.
The purchase of this lot can be combined with the purchase of a titled lot in Canas (PID 4806) to make a tourist project of sea and land.
Enjoy a life balancing nature and holistic calmness!
