Two wells supply ample water. One, older well is run on solar and keeps a slow, but steady supply of fresh water. When needed, the newer well produces an abundant flow from the lower section of the property filling the storage tank in minutes. The house sits on a lot 1 Hectare (2.4 acres) in size and has been planted with well-planned gardens which have created a habitat for birds and wildlife. The native trees, both fruiting and flowering make for a very tranquil setting.
