Just 3 minutes' walk, or 2 blocks from the most beautiful beach in Chiriquí where one can have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on an elevated terrace while listening to the many tropical song birds and nearby waves crashing on the beach.
Built in 2001, it has its own water well. A look-out terrace overlooks the area and offers many options for sundowners, star-gazing, meditation, yoga... The grounds are planted with a variety of mature fruiting trees and tropical flowering plants.
The two bedrooms in the main house share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet that also doubles as a storage room. The master bedroom itself is set up with air-conditioning. The living area consists of an open kitchen, a living and a dining room. The laundry has a washing machine and there are two storage rooms at the entrance.
The casita / studio house in the very private garden consists of one large room, a bathroom and a kitchenette. It can either be used as a guest house, an additional suite or rented out.
Outside living is the order of the day and apart from the look-out terrace, there is the area below the terrace, a barred porch and another lounge terrace.
