This house is situated on a large lot in the middle of the lively and picturesque village of Las Lajas. It is the perfect location for anybody who likes to be in the midst of everything yet near the beautiful beach of Las Lajas which is only about 10 km down the road. On the other sides of the town square and park are the best pizzeria in Chiriquí, owned and operated by an Italian and the famous Gelateria Chiricream, an ice-cream parlour, also owned by an Italian. The other side houses the lottery (always located in the best place) and the police station.
The house was built in the 1950's and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a garage. It also has an office with a separate entrance. It is lived in at the moment by the owner, but it needs fixing up, before moving in. It has electricity and municipal water is available, but disconnected, as the well with pump and water tank on the property produces good water.
The lot is large and offers room for further buildings or is the ideal place for a commercial site.
