The complex was built and opened in 2012 and enjoys a wide porfolio of customers and excellent reviews on Booking.com and Tripadvisor,etc. It is linked to the municipal waterworks and has a 5,000-litre tank.

The entire area is fitted with high-speed wi-fi internet connexion, satellite and cable TV and it is fully furnished.

The owners are selling the business on a turnkey basis as a joint stock company with licenses and all the necessary permits. The three bungalows could also be rented on a long-term basis.

The business is registered and approved by the Ministry of Tourism and is tax exempt.

The location is advantageous both for a commercial operation, but is also ideal to be used as a private residence. It offers a spectacular view to the mountains and sits on the main road to Las Lajas, 1.5 km from the Panamerican highway and 20 minutes from the beach, which is known as one of the most beautiful and safest beaches on the entire Pacific coast of Panama.

The Panamerican highway, now has four lanes and provides a 60-minute access to David (the second-most important city in the country) and one of slightly more to to Boquete.
