This piece of land is in Letrero and measures 56,000 square metres (over 16 acres). You can see up the valley Hornito to the highest mountain in Panama, the volcano Baru.
The land is hilly and two spots have already been cleared to offer space to build a house to take advantage of the views. There are many more,. but the owner did not want to cut too many trees.
The elevation of 1,100 metres (3,300 feet) above sea level, guarantees a very agreeable cool climate all the year round.
There are gorgeous waterfalls and streams all the year round on the property, but it also has municipal water supply and electricity to the edge of the border.
The entire property is fenced.
Very accessible, just half an hour up the mountain from the Interamerican highway and 45 minutes from David, the second largest city in Panama.
