Are you running out of wine? Don't worry, you don't have to go up to find a new one in your apartment. For the comfort of our residents, we have designed a just winged lockers on the wine deck (terrace) where each resident can store their wine bottles.
Handyman's Corner

We want to make life easier for our residents. As an additional service, Ocean House will have a warehouse equipped with tools such as: drills, hammers, ladders and other equipment. Residents may "check out" the tools or equipment they need and return them in the same state.
Bike Garage

A space behind the scenes but just as important. Residents will have the option to store their bicycles in the Ocean House Bike Garage. We do not want you to commit spaces of your home for this purpose and your decoration always remains impeccable.
Pet Grooming Room

We think of all family members, without leaving behind beloved pets. We have designed a space exclusively for the care and grooming of your furry. It will have a large functional tub for all sizes and a "dry station" to dry the fur after a delicious bath.
