The Panamanian Chamber of Construction (Capac) will celebrate the thirty-fifth version of Capac Expo Habitat, at the Panama Convention Center ( PCC), an event in which the participation of some 200 real estate projects is expected. The aim is to facilitate the commercialization of construction industry products.
The Capac Expo Hábitat 2022 promotes the purchase and sale of products and services in the sector with more than a hundred exhibitors and suppliers from all areas and related activities of the industry.
National and international exhibition
The fair showcase is characterized by displaying exhibitions of avant-garde and innovative products from companies that have construction technology, quality materials and finishes, construction equipment, electricity and various real estate projects. .
National and international suppliers, such as Chinese companies, will promote their inventory in the territory, through the facilities offered by our event, which is developed including strategic elements that allow their peers to visit the activity in search of doing business. ”, highlighted Arosemena.
More than 100 real estate agents will be present at the event, who will count as a large inventory of properties located throughout the country, mainly in Central Panama, West Panama, inland cities and projects on beaches and mountains.
It is expected to have exhibitions of more than 200 real estate projects and 11 local banks, public and private, with mortgage offers and approvals on site.
According to organizers, most of the projects for sale are in the $40,000 to $180,000 prime interest range.
Capac Expo Habitat encourages the construction industry, since it allows companies to sell existing housing inventory, which promotes the development and activation of new projects, and consequently greater employment opportunities for the entire population.
The event will be held from September 1 to 4 at the Panama Convention Center (PCC).
