The house is 27m2 of construction; one bedroom, one bathroom, separate laundry room, outside terrace with mountain views.  The house has electricity and its own water system which needs to be overhauled or a well to be dug for the house.

The property is situated on the asphalt road to the Caribbean Coast. The principal city of the province of  Veraguas, Santiago, is by car about an hour away and the Caribbean coast about an hour and a half away.
