There you can enjoy the open countryside with views partly to the sea and the beautifully landscaped garden.

It comes fully furnished and equipped with queen size bed and open closet, full size fridge and freezer, stove, toaster oven and coffee machine, in the bathroom with hot water there is a washing machine.

The fenced property with gate is located in a pleasant neighborhood on the road that takes you north to Potrerillos Arriba and south to Dolega. There is a bus stop nearby. Potrerillos Arriba is central between David and Boquete (45 minutes each) with a pleasant climate year round.

The owner lives in a house on the same property with her dogs.

The monthly rent is $380 and includes WI-FI, electricity, water and garbage fees.
