Nuario is located 25 minutes up the mountains from Las Tablas in the Azuero Peninsula. It has an elevation of about 1800 meters above seal level and the temperature in the area is at least 10 degrees cooler than in the town of Las Tablas and its beaches. Nuario is a quaint, yet undiscovered little village in the Azuero Peninsula. 35-40 minutes from Playa Venao and 25 minutes from the Azueros economic center, Las Tablas.
Nuario and the surrounding mountain area have not received much attention yet but interest in the area is growing rapidly. The lots for sale in the area are at very economical prices compared to other areas in Azuero. The area boasts spectacular views of the Gulf of Panama, the open Pacific Ocean (Bucaro, Isla Caña, Tonosi) sunsets in the West and all the surrounding hills and pastures (naturally, filled with cattle and horses). This area is also home to Deer, Monkeys, Slothes, Eagles, Falcons and more. TV, cel-telephone, water, power and paved road.
If you are visiting the Republic of Panama in search of investment opportunities, it would be wise to visit this area of the Peninsula of Azuero.
