• The property’s caretaker will only provide maintenance support with all issues related with the handling the house, operating the pool, jacuzzi and other social areas; he will not act as a domestic for rentals. He will do an inventory of the house at the end of the rental period.

• Cleaning person available upon request at additional daily rate

The Rental of this House DOES NOT include the following:

• Home Theatre equipment (roof built in Sony projector, video screen on the wall, audio and video equipment and speakers in the living room and gazebo). Any damage caused to this equipment during rental will be charged separately
• Two warehouse areas, next to the main house and next to the caretaker house with personal items for the maintenance of the house
• Warehouse located on the back of the gazebo with controls and equipment for the pool and jacuzzi
• Kitchen pantry (locked)
• Daily cleaning

The rental price may vary according to low or high seasons:

Low Season:  (May to October)

Weekend: $1.800 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Check in at 11:00 am on Friday and check out at 6:00 pm on Sunday

Weekly: $4.200 (seven days)

Check in at 11:00 am and check out at 6:00 pm 

Fortnightly: $7,800 dollars

Monthtly: $12,000 dollars

High Season:  (November - April, plus all Holidays in Panama and in the USA)

Weekend: $2,520 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Check in at 11:00 am on Friday and check out at 6:00 pm on Sunday

Weekly: $5.880 (seven days)

Check in at 11:00 am and check out at 6:00 pm 

Fortnightly: $11,400 dollars

Monthtly: $18,000 dollars

When renting this house, the following are not ALLOWED:

• More than 10 people per rental contract (it requires previous authorization from the owners)
• Renters can’t receive any outside visitors or any visitors that exceed the 10 allowed people in the house
• Any parties of more than 10 people
• Loud music outside the house. Neighbors will call the police
• Use of living and TV room sofas as beds
• Smoking inside the house
• Moving any inside furniture or accessories outside of the house (pool, gazebo). Any damage to furniture or accessories will be charged against the deposit
• Use of any glass silverware by the pool area. There is plastic houseware for this purpose
• Pets of any kind are NOT allowed inside or outside the house
• Cars parked on the grass
• Leaving the house in bad condition: for example, an excess of dirt, trash inside or outside the house, damage to furniture and house accessories, excess of sand in the pool and jacuzzi – (there are external showers and faucets for cleaning sand outside the pool). These will be charged against the deposit
• No commercial use of the house unless approved by owners
