The Utivé sector is one of the fastest-growing areas in the eastern part of Panama City, in the Pacora district, due to its interconnectivity with the new metro line, strategically located near the renowned La Mesa de San Martín resort and just 30 minutes from Panama City, close to Megamall and the 24 de Diciembre area. It is widely recognized for its river resorts, a recreational haven for numerous Panamanians who enjoy its crystal-clear waters on weekends and holidays, as well as for its overwhelming nature and productive agricultural and livestock lands.
This beautiful irregularly shaped land has paved access via Utivé's Main Road, followed by access through a gravel road. The journey from Cable & Wireless parabolic antennas on the main road to the land takes approximately half an hour. The property borders the Los Bravos River and boasts lush vegetation, along with fruit-bearing trees such as soursops and mangoes. The area is home to livestock farms and stables, making it an exclusive, peaceful, and highly private sector. The land features flat sections and borders the mountains of Pacora. Inside, there is a kind of elevated plateau, and at its peak, the land is entirely flat with low vegetation. The property measures approximately 170 meters in width by 307 meters in depth. It is ideal for countryside vacation home projects, ecotourism initiatives, spiritual retreat projects, or simply for agricultural purposes. It remains entirely untouched.
In 2020, the mountainous area of the estate was declared a Pacora Hydrographic Basin Reserve, and a wooded area of approximately 2 hectares, situated adjacent to the river, cannot be altered, nor its vegetation destroyed.
