An English-language roaring Twenties musical with a Latin Heartbeat opens February 1, 2008 at the Ateneo Theater, Ciudad Del Saber.

The story takes place in Panama in the Roaring Twenties. A compelling era with an interesting juxtaposition of US military-controlled prohibition era, right next door to the delicious decadence of Cuatro de Julio... exotic and compelling stuff!”

International theater experts have been brought in to work with a Panamanian creative team to develop a world-class musical, including award winning Dramaturge Robert McQueen - best known as Associate Director for Mamma Mia on Broadway.

“Our creative team is also augmented by the legendary David Warrack. author of 66 musicals -including bringing Shenandoahto Broadway.” adds Brown. Warrack is working with Latin Grammy Award winning Panamanian Music Director Dino Nugent on developing and arranging the original score.

Acclaimed movie actress/musical star Gaby Gnazzo says "I absolutely love the music in this show. I am so excited and proud to be part of this new musical about my country." Gaby is joined onstage by musical superstars Randy Dominguez and Leonte Bordanea. Under the Direction Mortalisa Arias.

"this is the first commercial theatrical production targeted to tourists, visitors, expats and the cruise ship industry." The curtain rises @ 8:30 PM on Thursday Feb 1, 2018 Red Carpet Gala with halt-priced Preview shows Feb.1 untll Feb 9. The show closes for Carnival and re-opens on Feb 15. Saturday and Sunday matinees will start at 4 PM. This is a full scale, 2-hour musical with an intermission, over 24 in the cast, plus a live orchestra with over 20 original songs and fantastic Latin and 1920's dances.

When the show is considered fully developed and ready to be reviewed by the media is Thursday Feb 22, 2018 and runs to March 4. 2018.
