This going concern consists of a resort and restaurant and was built and opened in 2012. It enjoys a wide portfolio of customers and excellent reviews on Tripadvisor, Booking.com. and Lonely Planet.
The facility (3 Bungalows, swimming pool, restaurant area with lodgings, private house and warehouse) has a special location both from the commercial and residential points of view. It is surrounded on three sides by farmland (which is a guarantee of peace and calmness) and is located 20 meters from Las Lajas' main road, 1.5 km from the Panamericana highway and 10 minutes from the beach (one of the most beautiful and safest beaches on the whole Pacific coast). The completion of the Panamericana highway (which is the main highway in Panama with 4 lanes) provides access to David (the second most important city in the country) at only 40 minutes, to Boquete (at 1 hour and 15 minutes) and to the rest of the country.
The Resort is set in a 3,000-m2 lush tropical garden decorated with plants, flowers and fruit trees (banana trees, papaya trees, pine trees, avocado trees and citrus trees). There are several common areas, delimited by cobbled paths, fitted with crepuscular light and diffused irrigation points.
The swimming pool (6mt x 4mt, in the basement with sand filtration plant and night lights) is surrounded by relaxation areas with lounge beds, tables, wooden benches and a rustic Rancho used for massage.
The parking lot is private; it is fenced and has 10 parking spaces available.
The 3 Bungalows (2 of 26 m2, one for disabled, 1 of 32.5 m2) are fitted with a private porch, completely furnished with fan on the ceiling, air conditioning and hot water.
The Restaurant consists of a 60 m2 open hall (Rancho) with bar-lounge area, reception and breakfast area, supplied with 7 tables (capacity: 40 covers) and 2 bathrooms, the whole is compatible for disabled. Possibility of night shows, with projector and soundproofing system. Furthermore, it is fitted with a 30 m2 cottage and private bathroom to house staff or as a dormitory.
The 30 m2 kitchen is completely furnished with Italian professional equipment in stainless steel (inventory) and fitted outside with a sheltered and fully-equipped barbecue area.
The property is for residential use (90.5 m2) with terrace on two sides and a fenced garden; it has two 16 m2 bedrooms, meeting room with kitchen, a bathroom, hot water, electric plant 110/220V and is completely furnished.
The 27.5 m2 warehouse, with indoor area, is equipped with carpentry, plumbing, welding, electrical, and gardening equipment. Power supply: 110/220V - three phase.
The facility is provided with its own well (30 m deep) with immersion pump and autoclave. Besides, it is linked to the municipal waterworks and has a 6,000-l spare tank; the whole is self-powered.
The entire area is fitted with high-speed WI-FI internet connection. All the electrical equipments are connected to protectors for possible power surges.
